Intel Indonesia’s New Office
Intel’s subsidiary office of Indonesia officially moved to a new premises in prestigious central business district in Jakarta. This new office is more vacant with modern style interior . But the central point was not on the Country Manager’s office, it was what they call the ‘Brainstorming Room’ equipped with stat-of-the-art PC-based multimedia entertainment system running on Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition.

Kontan, Welcome to the Club
As you may have now, today is the first edition of ‘Kontan’ newspaper. The name is not new, Kontan is well known as economic and business tabloid published by Kompas Media Group subsidiary. Foreign investor poses threat to GCG
By the year 2010, it is estimated that foreign investors will be the majority owner in 80% of Indonesia’s top 200 companies. In terms of gaining foreign investment, this is good news. Internet cost may come down 30%
Price of Internet connection in Indonesia may come down by 30% following new regulation from Ministry of Information and Communications this week. According to recent report by Bisnis Indonesia, the new regulation will be more fair and transparent in calculating leased lines cost that ISP’s have to pay to network provider.
